Missouri Hemp Trade Association Position Paper on Missouri House Bill 1328

I worked with the Missouri Hemp Trade Association to draft this policy paper in opposition to Missouri House Bill 1328, which would a) redefine "intoxicating" hemp-derived cannabinoids as marijuana, b) regulate these products under Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution, and c) ban sales of these hemp-derived cannabinoids outside of licensed marijuana dispensaries.
